Most of the building had been removed by June 1987. The limestone wall that remains as part of the adjoining building is the last vestige of the Bowersock Mill. The adjoining building may have been an expansion of the original mill.
It now has become Abe and Jakes Landing. A building developed into a small mall with shops and offices at several levels and a restaurant/night club in the main open area.
