Site only of a mill last owned by L. T. Moder. In a small pull-off on the Big River side of Brynes Mill Rd., parking is available. It area may have been developed into a park now. Steps were built down the embankment to the river to view the ruins signed with minimal explanation.

Directions: One mile north of House Springs from Mo 30 on Byrnes Mill Rd. Ruins of mills foudation and partial dam on the left just before community of Brynes Mill.
