The frame mill structure is about 35'X 50'. Half of the building is 2.5 stories in height, while the other half is only 2 stories.

Directions: Take Eureka exit off I-44, onto S. Central St. procede south 6 or 7 blocks to Dreyer St. Dreyer is only two blocks long.
