A small frame mill built in 1917. The 2.5 story main mill is 25' X 35' covered with corrigated steel sheeting.
The main part of the mill is surrounded by numerous connected appendages of one and two story stature, all covered with the notorious corrigated steel sheeting, except for a one story possible office covered with wood or asbestos siding.
A later purpose for the mill was it's usage as Cozad Seed Co, under the guidance of Sam Schmeekle. Also a more recent business is or was Old Mill Antiques. Not known if ther is any current use.
