The 35'X 60' flour mill is 3 stories in height. The original appears to have been built as a 35'X 45' 2.5 story sloped roof structure as evidenced by the dark aged bricks in this photo.

The original building, circa. 1875, was added onto and enlarged both vertically and horizontally before the milling operations closed in 1948. The building, now in 2004, stands as a warehouse and offices for a construction company.
