A stone / stucco mill about 35'X 45'and probably originally 3.5 stories in height. A fire probably burned the upper 1.5 stories of frame materials, and the remains were capped off as shown. A frame addition to the mill is on the right side, of one story plus a stone foundation. Looking behind the mill across the fields and creek, one can see the Snyder/Fetterman Mill (Pa-06-17-01).

The mill was part of a farm, as the farmhouse and barn are across the road from the mill.

Since 1992 to 2006, it appears that the roof has caved in over the largest part of the two story mill ruins. The partial wall to the left side of the building seems to point to perhaps an additional section attached to the main mill body.
| Directions:
West of junction of Pa 100 and Pa 29 at Hereford, Pa., on Pa 100 for 2 miles, turn left on Tollgate Road and go a mile to the mill on the left along-side the road. |
