Located opposite the junction of Ironstone Dr. and Funk Rd. The frame 20'X 50' saw mill is over the bank along Ironstone Dr. and is 1.5 stories. This mill probably provided the raw materials for the stone Bahr's Mill across the road which manufactured wooden handles for hand tools such as rakes, forks shovel, brooms, scythes, sickles, etc.

Leaving Boyertown Boro., Pa., on Pa 73, Take the left angled turn onto Ironstone Drive at the bottom of the hill/right corner on Pa 73. Go 0.5 miles on Ironstone Dr., to Funk Rd. and the mill on the left. Funk Rd. is about 450' from Pa 73. |
