A 3.5 story stone/stuccoed mill of 40'X 55' proportions. The old wooden water wheel is behind the mill, lower than the road, powered by the waters behind the dam in the Conine's Mill Pond. Doctors Cr. and Negro Cr. flow into the pond and Doctors Cr. flows out.

Directions: East of Trenton 4-5 miles, exit I-195 near New Canton onto Cr 539/Cr 524/Old York Road. Procede 1 mile into the Allentown Boro. on this road which is now S. Main St. The mill is at the west end of the boro. by the 4-5 acre Conine's Mill Pond.
