Jake Shillinger built the 35'X 40'stone and frame grist mill in 1866. The 3.5 story mill, bottom story stone, with a 25'X 20'stone and frame addition utilized an overshot wheel but was non-operating in 1992; although it was still part of and operating coal and fuel oil business.

Directions: Located 3.5 miles east of Phillipsburg, N.J. on NJ 57 near Coopersville. Turn north on Lows Hollow Road. The mill is within the first 0.25 miles on the right.
