The date is not known by the data enterer, but the stone 2.5/3.5 story grist mill would be from the early 1800's as a guess. The mill stone work features arched lintels above the windows.

Another Halloween victim hangs from the catshead by the middle door. A well maintained mill, having tastfully been converted to a residence when photo was snapped in the fall of 1992.

Directions: From I-80, exit north on Hope Rd., near Feebletown. Travel 0.6 miles and turn right on Hope-Marksboro Rd. Two miles later stay left on Silver Lake-Marksboro Rd. for 4-4.5 miles. Turn right on NJ 94, go 0.5 miles thru Marksboro and make a left on Hardwick/or Spring Valley Rd. The mill is about 0.5 miles on right by the concrete bridge over the Paulins Kill River.
