Pictures by: 10/14/92   Jim Miller -  3.5 story frame mill constructed with a  2 story, large frame addition. Immaculate pvt. residence or apts. as of 1992. Front view along CR 512 with Black River/Lamington River to the right of roadway.  Originally built in the 1750's by William Willet, the mill provided grain to Washington's Army during the Revolutionary War.  Willet was bankrupted when the Continental currency was devalued close to the end of the war and sold the mill to Samuel Potter in 1782.
