A very old pre-colonial mill of 2.5 story frame with a notch cut out of the rear corner for roadway clearance. The 30'X 50' mill has a frame addition on the right side/creek side of 1.5 story 15'X 50' with a sloping roof.
At the time of visit, it was home to architectural offices with much equipment intact. There are plans create a working Historical Village with the mill as a core player. This is a very rural and beautiful area of New Jersey.
