The 35'X 65' 3.5 story grist mill is 2.5 stories of frame contsruction on top of a one story fieldstone. The former mill had been converted to a residence in the mid-1980's but was for sale and somewhat neglected appearing in 1992.
The mill had loading doors and pulley system on both ends of the building. The roof was good and with a little tlc., could still be made livable for the right party. No milling history known on this mill. A 3 arch stone bridge spans the Musconetcong River beside the mill.
