A 1913 steam operated mill built to replace an 1898 mill that burned in 1912. Utilized the cribbing building technique for stronger support.

Directions: About 35 mile NW of Fremont as the crow flies. Three miles west of the intersection of Ne 15 and Ne 91 and 1 mile north of Ne 91 in the town of Clarkson.
