Pictures by: u/k -  A small 1.5 story  mill built by James Holliway in Stafford County, Virginia in 1782.  In 1831, ownership was conveyed to Samuel Marquiss from the estate of John Holliway.  The mill was sold to Lyman Kellogg in 1848; and in 1897, William Wigginton was the owner/operator.  William's son, Henry, inherited the mill and Henry's son William Thomas Wigginton worked the mill for his father.

Directions: Mill ruins located near Abel Lake by the edge of the reservior off Kellogg Mill Road/Sh 651 in S. Stafford County, Between the ncommunities of Ramoth and Glendie, about 4 air miles NW of I-95.
