The Tripp Players make their home and base of performing at the converted roller mill. The theater is on the main floor; consisting of a stage, auditorium seating area and a small dance floor.

Directions: Use exit 68 from I-75 onto eastbound Sh 571 into Tipp City for about 1 mile to the mill at 225 E. Main St./Sh 571 on the north side of the street by the Miami-Erie Canal.
