The 40'X 60' frame structure is part of the Neshanic Mills Historic District. It was powered by a turbine before wwII, then a Buick gasoline motor after the war. Milling operations ceased in the late 1940's

Pictures by: Dennis Santoro summer 2004 - The mill burned again in 1927, with major damage resulting in the upper floors. It was rebuilt the next tear, one story lower and with a plain cupola instead of the prior decorative Victorian cupola. At one time a General Store building was attached to the right side of the mill.

The mill was converted into a residence in the 1970's and was renovated completely starting in 1995 by Mr. Dennis Santoro. The mill was placed on the internet for sale in the fall of 2006. Directions: From Flemington, N.J. take US 202 east for about 7 miles, turn right on Pleasant Run Road and travel about 4.5 miles to the mill. The road veers right, then take a left on Maple Ave. at the "T". Maple becomes Elm St.in Neshanic Station and crosses the Raitan River to the mill on the right.
