The mill was built as a water powered mill in 1863, but converted over to electricity in the 1920's, seeing how it was located in town.

The man who owned the mill for over 40 years believes there was an earlier mill on the site.

The mill operated into the 1970's, and today, a part of it houses the Felton Borough Office.
| Directions:
From Pa 74 in Red Lion, take S. Main Street south. It becomes Felton Road beyond the Red Lion Boro limits. Go about 5 miles south from Pa 74 to the Boro of Felton. The mill is on Main Street across from the junction with High Street. |
