The old knitting mill measures about 50'X 115' and is three stories in height. A newer section in the rear appears to be a loading dock.

The old mill, powered by electricity, is currently currently the Old Knitting Mill Antiques and Collectables. There is also a barber shop in one corner on the lower floor.
