The mill is in good condition, with new wood on the soffits and faschia boards of the roof.  The first story is good sturdy fieldstone whiule the other 2.5 stories are frame.

Directions: From Littlestown, Pa. in Adams Co., take Sh 97 south to Silver Run, Md., about 4.7 miles. In Silver Run go west on Mayberry Rd. about 1.4 miles to Arter?s Mill Rd., turn left and go south on Arter's Mill Rd. about 1 mile to the mill on your left
