Mill has been converted to a reidence. The former saw mill is 2.5 stories plus a stone foundation. It has an enclosed catshead on the north gable end. Good condition in October 1992. Mill's footprint is approx. 35x50 ft.

Directions: Drive Pa. 863 4 miles north of Cooperburg to Friedensville. Take a left turn, west on SRR 39002 for 4 miles, then left again as SRR 39002 becomes Limeport Pike west of Lanark. Mill is off of Limeport Pike between Chestnut Hill Rd. and Kozy Corner Lane down another lane about 100 yds. Mill can be seen from Limeport Pike.
